yoga DSC_0137 I love this back bend. It allows you to release any tension in the spine, and the entire body.

Start at down dog split, bend the knee, stack the hip- feeling a long psoas stretch here. Flip and drop the ball of the extended foot behind you while lift the palm up and over- the palm planted on the floor is weightless as you lift the hips up high to the sky.

Yogini thought of the day: change your mind, change your day.
