WARRIOR III CRUNCH

Amazing day to continue with our absolute health commitment. You can start any time and there is never a better day than today to commit to absolute health. Get moving, eat right- not less!

The Warrior III Crunch is a great way to better your balance, work your abs, and stabilize your lower body.

So let’s go!

Position A: balance on your right leg and lift your left leg straight back behind you, chin down- hold.

Position B: bring your knee and head in to touch- hold and repeat!

10 reps; 3 sets! Go!!

Nutrition:

(Confession- I just had a blueberry banana muffin for breakfast + mixed fruit.)

Breakfast suggestions: fruit! Just fruit. But it’s okay to have a little something you desire too. Don’t forbid your body from what it craves from time to time:)

Lunch suggestions: Any small soup + salad- go easy on the dressing. Try to resist bacon bits or any other salad option that defeats the purpose of eating right.

Dinner suggestions: last night I had Filipino food- I don’t eat much of the rice, but I loveeee kare-kare + lumpia. It’s all about portion control:)

Snacks: seaweed salad, apricots!
