VIDEO: 6-MINUTE JUMP START CARDIO YOGA

Get your cardio on first thing in the morning! 6-Minute Cardio Yoga.

Sun Salutation Vinyasa – done 6x.
Inhale, hands up.
Exhale, forward fold.
Inhale, flat back.
Exhale, jump back to chaturanga* (option to step back to plank, then chaturanga).
Inhale, upward facing dog.
Exhale, downward facing dog.
Inhale, jump forwards to a flat back.
Exhale, forward fold.
Inhale, hands up.
Exhale, Tadasana (mountain pose).

*do not jump back to plank, jump back to a push-up position. If it is too challenging, step back to plank one foot at a time.
