TGIM: WORRY FREE <3

sunina_open Worry free is the way to be. There is no point in searching the past, no point in worrying about the future. Always know that the best is yet to come. That is all. Clear your mind of the pointless energy you are wasting on worrying. Return to the present moment, to here and now. That is where you discover and re-discover your true self, your true being – right at the center of your soul. Know who you are, the rest are just details to the bigger picture.

How to be worry-free:

Stop overthinking –  Stop thinking! When you catch yourself, turn back up to lightness. Think lightly, tread lightly. Be the light.

Breathe – Inhale for 5, 4, 3, 2 – Exhale for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Focus on your breath to bring you back to the present moment. That is all you have, all you need.

Be grateful – count your blessings! Each one counts, say it out loud and it brings more feelings of gratitude so you can forget what you feel like you need.
