6 WAYS TO RE-ENERGIZE

I am taking a few days off to re-energize! I love this blog, I love what I can share with you on it. My mantra for the week: ‘Do it right the first time or not at all!’

6 Ways To Re-Energize:

  1. Journal – free writing, just write whatever comes to mind.
  2. Plan out Clear Goals – 90 Days, 6 months, 1 Year.
  3. Exercise – work your body to get your mind right, intuition is a muscle too!
  4. Self-Care – Indulge in a spa day or weekend! Plan a vacation, be out! ASAP:)
  5. Meditate – A few minutes to clear the chatter in the mind day and/or night is all you need.
  6. Friends – catch up with friends who LIFT you up, who encourage you, who share the same limitless beliefs in life.

BONUS: Sleep! Sleep a lot. Sleeping beauty style.

So excited for August! I have a lot to give for the new month, can’t wait.
