Knees-to-chest pose or Apanasana! This is a cool down pose to help you relax and focus on your breathing. It eases back tension and helps digestion problems. It’s also a great pose to do right before bed to help you get into sleep mode.
Here’s how to do the pose: Lay flat on your back, bend your knees and hug them into your chest, criss cross at your ankles for a deeper stretch. Relax and focus on your breath. Rock from left to right, front to back for a light back massage. Stay for 72 seconds or more for full benefits of the pose.
