VIDEO: KNEELING SIDEKICKS

Kneeling Sidekicks! These work your glutes, obliques, chest, and shoulders. Do 2 sets of 20 reps!

Combine these with last weeks Plié Squat Jumps (3 sets of 10 reps) for a quick workout.

Warmup to elevate your heart rate so that your core body temperature rises slightly before any workout.
