HALF FROG POSE
Half Frog Pose or Ardha Bhekasana! This is an amazing quads stretch for everyone especially for runners! There is so much tension in that hardly stretched area for many. Feel the stretch in your chest, shoulders, and thighs. This is a great pose to do as soon as you wake up in the morning especially if you sleep on your tummy.
Here’s how to do it: Lay on your belly, energize both legs. Inhale, bend the right knee in towards your tailbone, grab the feet with the right arm, stretch it down towards the right hip bone, exhale. Stay here for 5 breaths, gently release and switch legs.
