Girl, CTFD, ‘calm the f*** down. I like this advice. It’s straight to the point and easy to apply immediately.
Although the original source of this advice is from a parenting article, I thought it was a great tool to apply for anyone, anytime. There are only two steps, 1) CTFD, and 2) CTFD.
Release all worries, judgements, limiting thoughts, pointed fingers, lack of love. And if anything stresses you, remember to simply let it go right away! It is the way to inner peace and true beauty. Otherwise, you are holding onto thought poisons- literally. Understand where your misleading thought patterns come from– I will share an excerpt from my reading this morning to help you understand:
I am never upset for the reason I think because I am constantly trying to justify my thoughts. I am constantly trying to make them true. I make all things my enemies, so that my anger is justified and my attacks are warranted. I have not realized how much I have misused everything I see by assigning this role to it. I have done this to defend a thought system that has hurt me, and that I no longer want. I am willing to let it go.
