CHILD’S POSE + SHOULDER STRETCH
Child’s Pose + Shoulder Stretch! I wake up to this stretch every morning and it’s the best to really stretch out your shoulders, neck, arms, back, and torso.
Position A: Get on your knees and spread them out shoulder width apart, toes touch behind you. Sit your hips on your heels and fold over. Stretch out your arms in front of you. Relax your shoulders and neck. Breathe in and out through your nose.
Position B: From position A, sweep your right arm under your armpit, palms up, and extend! Stretch your shoulders out here and breathe.
